So we just relocated to California due to my husband’s job and we are absolutely thrilled to be living in San Diego now. So much better than the cold days that we always saw living in northern Michigan. But I was worried about my new San Diego car insurance rates, because I have heard horror stories about other drivers in this state having to pay a small fortune for auto insurance. My coverage in Michigan had been some what reasonable because we lived in a rural area which was not subject to much crime, and the roads for the most part were uncongested. Of course here in California we have about the opposite position. So any way, I finally went only the other day to collect some quotes and I was quite pleased with what I found. I was able to find a policy with a rate close to my old coverage.
